We do not sell or share your personal information. You may receive occasional emails notifying you of sales or updates.  

Packages are not sent with rainbows or other pride colors. Bright color silly and cute envelopes may be used. Otherwise we use plain boxes.

Most orders are shipped in 3-5 days.

If you have a problem, please contact us first - maybe we can easily resolve it. Returns are accepted up to 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
